Job Description

Job Description Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform data analysis, including looking at ticket data, survey results and usage data to identify problems and improvement opportunities
  • Document findings from analysis, clearly outlining problems and opportunities
  • Process map the steps our users take with particular journeys relating to Storage, such as onboarding and offboarding, including current state and go to state
  • Gather data to help inform stakeholders
  • Support, capture and analyze user research
  • Coordinating user testing
  • Participate in the development of user facing content, partnering with technical writers
  • Write user stories and release notes
  • Collaborate with coworkers in the product design team, Storage product line teams and other infrastructure product line teams

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar function
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvements
  • Experience performing analysis and writing process documentation, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience working with product teams
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel during periods of ambiguity
  • Experience with Lucid Chart and Figma a plus
  • Experience using JIRA
