UX Architect - Distinguished Product Designer

We are looking for a Distinguished Product Designer who has a passion for building best-in-class, cloud-based security products. The Distinguished Product Designer will develop the vision and provide direction to their direct partner software development team plus extended software development teams on platform services of collection, parsing, mapping, and billing as we deliver on the next generation of cloud SIEM.

This is a highly visible and critical role in the organization that combines driving the build-out of our (1) security analytics business with Sales & Marketing and (2) security data source partner ecosystem with the Business Development team.

We provide a market-leading globally-available, cloud-native, multi-tenant, real-time streaming analytics platform.

You will be responsible for leading definition and delivery on the strategic product vision building out our security business’s approach to collection, filtering, normalization, and security analytics & visualization capabilities of this platform.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Determine customer voice in partnership with global
• Sales through detailed conversations with customers about their challenges to be able to convert them into product capability ideas
• Become an expert in all things security operations to gain a deep understanding of how/why our products work as they do with our user-centric approach to design
• Represent customer voice in partnership with Engineering, User Experience, and the broader Product Management team to ensure your roadmap aligns with strategic business and product objectives with full scope prioritization of features, operational service improvements and cloud cost optimization
• Prioritize, focused on the business, market, and opportunities in front of us
• Support the company’s and your product development team’s strategic planning process with market analysis and competitive research
• Field education and marketing content support ensuring everyone knows what we're building, why, and the benefits it delivers

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Management role building enterprise cloud services (specifically enterprise security software products is a plus)
• Excellent written skills (we plan more in documents than slides) and verbal communication (ready to guide planning meetings, engage with customers, and conduct exec reviews)
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience; MBA is a big plus
