We seek a talented and creative Content/UX Writer to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our consumer mobile app through compelling and user-friendly content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like product management, UX design, and marketing to create content that informs and delights our users.

As a UX writer, you will absorb research findings, A/B test language, and advocate for caregiver needs. You will use writing and content design skills to create UI text that facilitates user navigation, onboarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.

This is a fully remote, 5 to 10 hours-per-week (flexible hours), 12-month contract opportunity.
