UX Data Analyst

An UX Data Analyst is needed to thoroughly study the users’ needs and data to improve the overall experience of Foxit's PDF Software and increase customer satisfaction. 

This role is part of our UAT Group. This group is responsible for continuously looking into ways to: improve the product’s usability, reduce user errors by interviewing numerous internal and external users, collecting/analyzing user data, and assisting in decision making with data-driven UX findings.

-Write and execute UAT test plans for UX user interview sessions. 

-Recruit users and follow test plan to execute UX interview sessions 

-Gather user feedback, translates requirements into a product, and trains end-users on application operation

-Write professional data-based UAT report and review with stakeholders. 

-Follow up and Coordinate with multiple teams to understand requirements and get issues addressed

 -Practices improving overall product quality

 -Work with complex data sets to solve challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches

-Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for our PDF Software products 

-Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends

-Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations

-Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions

-Experience testing Software

-Experience writing and executing test plans

-Experience documenting technical requirements

-Knowledge of testing methodologies

-Attention to detail and organization

-Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

-Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders

-Courage to champion the user perspective and the quality of the project

-Knowledge of and experience in PDF Editing Software

-A minimum of 2 years of work experience in data analytics 

-Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Salary range for CA is $66,000 to $82,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
