UX Design Lead

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading UX Design Initiatives: Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all our digital products.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Conducting User Research: Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, continuously iterating based on feedback.
• Creating High-Fidelity Prototypes: Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate smooth development.
• Mentoring and Guiding Team Members: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience in UX Design: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for complex digital products.
• Leadership and Ownership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, with experience in guiding projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma: design systems, components, variables, prototypes.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze user data, conduct usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have: Experience with Data or Analytical Products or Products Focused on Engineers. Familiarity with designing platforms that handle large amounts of data, complex data visualizations, and developer or engineering tools or services.
