Job Description

Shape the Future of E-Health with Us as a UX Designer (m/f/d) for Cloud Software in Healthcare

As a pioneer in Digital Health, we are passionate about developing and implementing new technologies. For the next stage of the E-Health evolution, we are looking for creative minds who enjoy working with diverse technologies, have the freedom to design, and are eager to advance their careers. Contribute to better healthcare in innovative ways and become part of our team now!

Your Contribution:

  • Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from product management and development to create sophisticated UX concepts for our new cloud software, coordinating with the central UX team.
  • Hands-On: Based on personas and use cases, you will develop workflow-oriented user interfaces for desktop computers and tablets.
  • Realization: You will implement your developed and visualized concepts using appropriate tools as wireframes, mockups, click-dummies, or complex interactive prototypes.
  • Smart and Agile: Additionally, you will support context analyses, user research (surveys, expert evaluations, usability tests, user profile and task analyses), and usability testing—your feedback will be integrated into the next iteration.

What You Bring:

  • Background: Completed training, e.g., as a media designer or a degree in IT/media design, communication design, or a related field.
  • Know-How: Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, and agile product development.
  • Understanding and Experience: Familiarity with design systems, style guides, UI patterns, and templates, as well as supporting their consistent application and further development.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools like InVision, etc.
  • Creativity: Technical understanding, high creativity, and a sense for UX design that helps you implement the developed concepts as described.
  • Communication is Key: Fluent German and good English skills round out your profile.

Please only apply if you can commit to 3 days per week of onsite work and if you are fluent in English.
We create the future of e-health. Become part of a significant mission.
