Your Role and Responsibilities
• Deliver review and critique the UX Designs of a multi-skilled design team to ensure effective and rich designs (great interaction visual styling consistent and appropriate use of voice and tone etc)
• Work with UX Designers Visual designers researchers and product managers to understand user’s needs and behaviors for the industries in which they work
• Participate in and lead UX activities in an Agile environment such as user/design research interviews and workshops
• Translate findings into usable useful effective and efficient user experiences
• Clearly and quickly deliver ideas to cross-functional teams
• Provide information verbally and visually through low and mid-fidelity renderings and clickable prototypes
• Test and validate working hypothesis with users through usability testing of wireframes clickable prototypes and published product and participate in design critique
• Work with Visual Designers and Developers to bring concepts to life while maintaining UX best practices

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• At least 2 years of professional experience in user experience / visual design domain
• Knowledge of state of the art and emerging digital design trends
• Own visual design related content
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes prototypes storyboards user flows etc.
• Skill to utilize technology as a medium to craft design and deliver insightful human experience to clients
• Ability to ensure integrity of design in the delivered product and act as a consultant & trusted advisor to senior management
• Storytelling skills – Utilize stories to communicate that enable wider teams to accomplish shared goals
• Ability to evaluate trends and behavioral patterns to deliver human interaction patterns
• Conceptualize visualize and design user experiences working in highly collaborative and agile workshop driven teams
• Have background in Banking / Financial Services business will be advantage
• At least intermediate level of English communication
