Our headquarters is in Belgium (Antwerp), but we're a fully remote team. We use great tools like Slack, Trello and Github to collaborate efficiently, harnessing the formidable power-of-the-internet™ to get things done.

We are the makers of Lobbipad, the first 5-star rated, GDPR-compliant visitor and delivery management solution that reforests the planet. For every 1.000 check-ins, we plant 1 tree.

We want to redesign Lobbipad's web platform and iOS app.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Extensive years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software

- Ability to drive user-centered design process to tackle complex customer problems

- Flexibility and openness to the iterative design process – constantly sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, and growing

- Experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modeling

- The ability to see the whole user experience, not only the part you’re working on, and have as much skill in identifying what needs to be removed, as you do in suggesting what can be added

- Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback

The ideal candidate should know:

- UI design tools Sketch, Figma or Adobe X

- HTML, CSS and Javascript

- some NodeJS (basic knowledge)
