Our client is a leading digital design and development company headquartered in Japan. Specializing in UX/UI design, digital marketing, and service development, they are driving innovation in digital transformation for clients worldwide.
Job responsibilities:

• Negotiate with clients to define project goals
• Conduct research through questionnaire design and interviews
• Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams
• Create personas and customer journey maps
• Develop storyboards to visualize user experiences
• Prepare executive reports to summarize findings
• Define project requirements and MVP
• Design user interfaces and ensure high-quality UI design
• Conduct user testing and refine the user experience
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and collaboration
• Establish systems for service operation and maintenance

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or experience as a Product Manager
• Aged between 24-29 years old
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch app, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Passionate about UX design
• Able to make data-driven design decisions
• Proficient in Japanese language
• Proactive with strong initiative
• Strong work ethic and principled attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Team player with a good sense of responsibility and commitment
• Willing to relocate to Tokyo, Japan
