We are looking for talented and technically savvy UX Designer to lead the user experience of Bunchball's engagement platform. You will be part of the product leadership team, collaborating closely with the product owner and tech leads to solve problems in ways customers love and also work for the business. As a UX Designer you will be responsible for more than just the design; you will also provide the template HTML and CSS, working closely with the engineering team to deliver the end product.

This position is eligible for 100% work from home in select states.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Product design thinking, ability to identify a problem and map several solutions through prototyping
• Basic front-end coding experience, including HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript
• Highly collaborative, able to work closely with engineers, product strategists, customer support, etc.
• Does not mind healthy debate about the best way to accomplish a goal
• Pays attention to trends in consumer applications
• Some experience in visual design is a plus, but not required
• 2-3 years of work experience
• BA/BS is highly preferred

The Role:

• Collaborate closely with product owner and tech lead to set product direction and address usability risk
• Identify target user groups and carry out inquiry to help understand user needs
• Conduct quarterly customer feedback sessions
• Prototype multiple solutions to a problem and solicit feedback
• Translate prototypes into templates that are actionable by the engineering team, including HTML and CSS

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000 (salary offered will be based on previous experience, skills, and geographic location)
