What will you Do:

  • Partner with the UX Lead to enhance the UX design strategy and direction for digital products and services in collaboration with product managers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal and external engineering teams, and product managers to deliver compelling user experiences that align with business goals.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to UX design and usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, preferably in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a UX designer, UX lead, or similar role within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry or related field.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies, along with integration with data sources and applications, and their impact on UX design.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
