Job Description

We seek a dynamic, open-minded, and creative individual to join us as a UX designer. We're offering a range of opportunities to grow your career in the field of UX with a range of industry-standard practices and techniques.

You must,

• Identify yourself, first and foremost, as an experienced UX designer
• Have good experience in UI prototyping and UX design skills using Figma or similar tools
• Have a solid presentation and communication skills

We’d like to hear from people with,

• Passion towards UX and empathy for the users
• A track record in UX/Interaction design skills, preferably in building enterprise-grade commercial business applications
• Proficiency in creating user flows and wireframes
• Experience in creating and working with design systems, components, and patterns
• Experience in mapping and understanding the user journeys and technical limitations collaborating with developers.
• Experience or willingness to learn in UX research and validate the designs with user tests
• Experience in agile development methodology and basic understanding and Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge or experience in working with user analytics tools would be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent from a related discipline.
• Minimum 1+ years in a similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design practices.
• A ‘generalist’ mindset with the ability to work across design disciplines.
• Passion for emerging technologies and hunger to innovate.
• Proficiency in creating user flows and prototypes.
• Willingness to get out and learn from users, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate the process with other interested parties.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
