UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer who can take on the challenge of making complex apps simple and easy to use. You'll report to our VP of Product and work alongside an empowered product team to guide product design and influence each stage of product development. Using your passion for developing strategies and frameworks, you'll create a world-class user experience and drive value for our customers. How you'll make an impact:

• Lead the product team in implementing user-centered design principles.
• Establish standards and processes around design and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Conduct user research - collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously discover customer needs and shape solutions. Identify user needs, goals, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas - utilize user research information to distill it into unique user personas.
• Document user flows - document user flows to visualize the customer journey through the application.
• Develop designs and prototypes - create concepts and prototypes, iterating quickly to validate ideas in collaboration with a UI Designer. Clearly articulate ideas to stakeholders using various methods.
• Conduct user testing - collaborate on evaluating customer interaction to drive new insights and improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in product design with a focus on UX.
• Knowledge of what makes great products great.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes with industry-standard design tools (Figma, AdobeXD, Mirro, etc.)
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and processes.
• An endlessly curious personality.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• A deep passion for identifying and solving user problems.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
