What you’ll do:
We are reimagining the customer experience of our company’s core product. Our mission is to create an entirely digital experience that delights customers. The Product (or UX) Designer will work closely with engineering and product management to oversee the user experience of new features from conception through launch. Â
What you can expect:
- You’ll be responsible for full-spectrum product design; from initial product ideas to creating final pixel-perfect screens
- Use your range of interaction design, user research, and prototyping skills to create elegantly simple experiences for both mobile and web
- Facilitate user testing efforts to assess the value, usability, and feasibility of product ideas
- Be a key contributor to the product design process
- Iterate quickly and thoughtfully based on feedback from customers, teammates, and stakeholders
- Create designs that are both usable and delightful that enable users to efficiently accomplish their jobs-to-be-done
- Leads Product/Market Fit by creating some elegantly simple workflows that allow us to establish an initial set of reference customers
- Contribute to achieving key product milestones by creating the designs that drive customer growth, NPS score, conversions, and much more
What you need to be successful:
- Versatile product designer that digs into the details without hesitation
- 3+ years of experience of product design for digital products. You’ve shipped designs that are being used in the real world
- Ability to create functional prototypes using your design weapon of weapon of choice - Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Ability to adapt your designs across a variety of platforms and form factors. Clear understanding of different platforms opportunities and limitations
- Passion for solving real user problems and creating products that are elegantly simple to use. Ability to adapt your designs across a variety of platforms and form factors. You understand the opportunities and limitations of different platforms –Â
- You question assumptions and are obsessed with feedback
- Great communication and presentation skills; you are articulate and thoughtful when describing design decisions
- You think at a high-level about not just how it should look, but about what we should be building
- Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-pace and ambiguous environment
- Experience working with startups is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you. We consider what you’d like to be paid, the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay in the Denver area and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $90,000-$96,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including your experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
