UX Designer

Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote with some overlap in Pacific hours
Hours: 10-15 hours/week depending on project

We are seeking a talented and adaptable UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve working on various upcoming projects, collaborating with different corporate clients and internal team members.

We're looking for...

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to identify and address core problems before jumping into solutions.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to ask the right questions.
• Comfortable adapting to fast-paced, changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD (or similar).
• Strong understanding of market trends to support and inform design recommendations.
• Ability to take feedback well and maintain a collaborative spirit.
• Experience in presenting design projects and highlighting ownership and action.
