Echo Global Logistics is looking for a UX Designer with experienceand/or knowledge in enterprise design, design systems,user research, low fidelity prototyping and high-fidelity UI designs. You will collaborate with all members of the product and user experience team.Therole will be focused onhelping to build and advance our products.Our proprietary software was created to simplify transportation management for our clients. You will help support the architectural vision of quality, scalability, performance and function. You will help build a world class technology platform.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholdersand Sr. UX Designersto define roadmaps and feature requirements
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, andlow &high-fidelity designs
• Work closely with front-end developers and QA engineers to bring product to production.
• Work with strategic analytics to test product features, understand user trends
• Collaborate with fellow UX Designers and Front-End Engineers on establishing and maintaining design system components
• Be an engaged member of the UX Design team, working to improve our output across our internal and external products.

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer on a Product Team
• Experiencewithindustry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable leading conversations withproduct owners andsenior leadership across the organization
• A portfolio that displays strong visual design aesthetic,experience atdeveloping designconcepts, andstrong user experience samples
• Experience working across screen sizes and an understanding of the principles ofresponsive design and the 8 pt grid
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Experience in logistics industry is a plus
