We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.

Summary of Role:

We are seeking a UX Designer responsible for collaborating with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered experiences for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to apply them to many projects. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement design solutions.
• Conduct research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users to improve designs.
• Create presentations and documentation to communicate design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and web accessibility standards.
• Adapt to changes in design technologies and tools.

Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

• Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.
• Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $75,000 - $100,000

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design.
• Portfolio of work that showcases your skills and design process.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with HTML & CSS is preferred.
