Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Head Digital Works, you’ll collaborate closely with the UI/UX Team, Product Managers, and Engineers. Together, you’ll be responsible for delivering UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our customers, translating their needs into user-friendly designs that directly impact the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

Simplicity and User-Centric Design:

Distill simplicity from complex user requirements.

Use industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.

User Research and Insights:

Leverage your experience with user research to inform your design decisions.

Translate insights from research into effective design solutions.

Ability to debate success metrics is a plus.

Effective Communication:

Communicate effectively with both customers and your team.

Interface with various teams and users to gather feedback and insights.

Customer-Centric Focus:

Understand and prioritize the needs of our customers.

Remain flexible and decisive, always keeping the end user in mind.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Demonstrate eagerness to enhance your UI/UX skills.

Stay up-to-date with trends affecting digital interactive product design.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent relevant experience.

Current and relevant understanding of trends impacting digital product design.

2 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Proven success working as a UI/UX Designer

Familiarity with the product development process.

Exposure to Gaming & Product-based experiences (B2C).

Technical Skills:

Ability to illustrate and prototype concepts quickly.

Strong knowledge of design principles.

Proficiency in creating high-quality, thoughtful UI work.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS. Ability to code is a plus but not necessary

Portfolio:

Showcase your work through a portfolio that highlights your design expertise.
