Job Description

Monitors all the tasks and initiatives associated with digital transformation programs on organizational products and services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Developing and applying the strategies and roadmap for digital transformation programs on organizational products and services.
  • Reviewing and evaluating all digital transformation programs with established standards and guidelines; recommending solutions as needed.
  • Continuously optimizing and promoting novel processes for product design to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinating with multi-functional teams to ensure delivery of digital product programs on time and within budget.

The End User Services Collaboration Technology team explores, promotes and develops technology to enable the organization to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. To further drive these efforts, the team is seeking a dedicated and driven UX Designer to partner with business stakeholders and technical experts. In this role, the ideal candidate will develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces and design standards for custom-developed applications across a variety of new Cloud tools and technologies.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing UI and UX within the Microsoft ecosystem of technologies
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Hands on experience using applications in Microsoft 365 including tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Fluent UI
  • Experience with agile methodologies (ideally, SAFe framework)
  • Experience with mobile iOS & Android
  • Experience with multi-device design and responsive design
  • Strong verbal and visual communication, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience with design software
  • Financial services experience preferred

Base Pay Range: $61,500/yr. - $102,500/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
