UX Designer, Cloud Mobile and Customer Experience

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Experience in designing for emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and augmented reality.
• Experience in designing for mobile platforms.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience designing for user facing products.
• 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, best practices, and methodologies. Proven ability to deliver innovative and user-centric designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of delivering successful mobile products.

• Design an AI-powered assistant optimized for mobile interactions, empowering users to manage their cloud resources anytime, anywhere.
• Ensure users can easily access help and resolve issues on mobile with the power of Gemini.
• Prepare concepts bringing unique mobile-features like multi-modal support for GCA.
• Create intuitive ways to alert users of real-time anomalies in their cloud spend and usage, helping them manage costs effectively on mobile.
• Design clear and informative experiences for managing production environments and sensitive workloads on mobile.
