UX Designer – Figma Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Figma Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital experiences for a global pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging Figma to build, maintain, and scale design systems that drive consistency and efficiency across digital properties. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems in Figma, ensuring scalability and reusability across platforms.
• Create and manage reusable components, libraries, and style guides within
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and seamless implementation.
• Conduct design audits and implement improvements to enhance brand consistency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping features, etc. 3+ years experience in the platform.
• Strong understanding of design systems and best practices for creating scalable and reusable design assets.
• Proficiency in responsive design for web and mobile
• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise design systems for large-scale digital properties.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma and examples of design system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate decisions based on user and business
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on creating elegant, user-centered
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
