What You’ll Be Doing?

• Create robust, attractive, scalable component based design for mobile applications and the Web
• Conducting end to end visual design stages from concept to final product
• Translating high-level requirements into interaction flows to create simple and functional user interfaces
• Use qualitative research and data to inform your designs
• Able to create icons, design guidelines and solve problems with creativity
• Able to create visual designs according to companys style guide
• Able to collaborate to expand companys style guide
• Working closely with Product/UX Manager and Developers
• Perform user research and evaluate customer behaviors/feedback to understand pain points
• Stay up to date on current and best UI design practices and industry standards
• Refinement of deliverable standards and work to a fixed timetable
• Creating animations and motions for designs

 What You’ll Bring?

• 5+ years of experience UX design
• Experience in banking or fintech ecosystem
• Experience in mobile application design
• Proficient with Sketch, Figma, Invision, Miro etc. for prototyping
• Demonstrate UI skills with strong online design portfolio
• Aware of the terms User Centered Design, Responsive Design and Mobile First
• Enthusiastic to solve user problems
• Passion for interaction design with strong emphasis on conversion optimization and A/B testing
• BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines (i.e. Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, etc.)
