This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape user experience within a sophisticated, data-driven product environment. You will guide the design of complex interfaces that support advanced analytics, AI workflows, and governance capabilities, ensuring usability and clarity for a diverse range of users. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will drive user-centered design strategies from concept to delivery. You’ll also manage and mentor a small team of designers, fostering creativity and excellence in execution. With a strong focus on research, interaction design, and system thinking, you will influence product direction and elevate design standards. This is an ideal role for a seasoned UX leader passionate about building impactful, scalable digital experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage UX design initiatives across complex product areas, ensuring high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals
- Conduct and oversee user research, concept validation, and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions
- Translate insights and requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished interaction designs
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver cohesive solutions
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards to ensure consistency across the platform
- Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Mentor and manage designers, supporting their growth while ensuring effective delivery of design outcomes
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and user-centered solutions
- Proven experience managing or leading design teams and overseeing design processes end-to-end
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Axure, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
- Experience working in B2B or complex software environments; exposure to AI or data-driven platforms is a plus
- Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
