UX Designer / Senior UX Designer

User Experience Designer

We are hiring creative, passionate, and driven UX Designers to join our UX and Research team. As a user-centered design professional, you would help craft delightful user experiences for the leading CX Cloud Software in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a mid-level or senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor other designers and build and amplify best practices.

Major responsibilities

· Provide creative, innovative UX designs for complex Cloud based applications.

· Explore and design multiple concepts for new features.

· Research, explore and communicate best practices, designs, and issues and be able to present, explain them, and justify them to stakeholders.

· Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.

· Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, and with an understanding of constraints.

· Find creative ways to solve UX problems. (e.g. usability, find-ability)

· Creative team player that likes to brainstorm and collaborate.

· Conceptualize, present and execute ideas within a tight schedule.

· Work with UX colleagues and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and Technical Writers.

· Support our Design System though pattern use and new pattern ideation and collaboration.

· In addition to owning design deliverables, be a mentor that helps reinforce UX processes, identifies and amplifies best practices and mentors junior designers.

Experience Requirement:

· Degree in a design-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

· 4-8+ years of experience as a UX Designer.

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong portfolio designing complex systems.

· Workshop, ideation and meeting facilitation skills highly desired.

· Experience in basic user research and analysis.

· Experience mentoring team members or managing designers is a plus.
