The Think Tank Team is an interdisciplinary collective of researchers, designers, scientists, and engineers located in Mountain View, CA. Position Overview

The UX Design will be responsible for understanding and creating convincible UX storytelling and making visual, video and graphics, for the story and scenarios across a wide array of devices and technologies. You will also be responsible to own the UX Design process (partially or fully) of the different projects you work on.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in related field
• +3 years of experience designing user-friendly products
• Document, visualize results of story, scenarios, and innovative ideas with high fidelity (Portfolio)
• Ability to present and defend ideas to the internal team, and help critique and push the rest of the team to achieve better work
• Excellent design skills, careful attention to detail
• Clear, concise, and transparent communication style
• Action-oriented, diligent, and flexible team player
• A clear understanding of design-centered processes and proven methodologies for identifying and solving problems

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, document, visualize and develop ideas for experiences and products to take them from germinal to shippable
• Work on storytelling, experience, products, and features in close collaboration with other stakeholders
• Proactively envisioning future products that will be impactful
• Design experience around products that haven’t been on the market
• Lead and be responsible for design
• Conducting effective market and user research
• Align business strategy with human interaction and usability
• Crafting stories, scenarios and visuals that optimally accomplish appropriately set goals
• Define new approaches to complex design problems and provide solutions in the form of presentation, wireframes, click-through prototypes, and design specifications.
