We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Sr. UX Manager to lead our design department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the creative direction, design projects, and ensuring the highest quality of design output across all platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for design and the ability to inspire and lead a team of talented designers. QUALIFICATIONS • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI certification, or equivalent. • 15+ years of overall design experience, with at least 5+ years leading the design function. • Proven experience of driving the implementation of overall Design System. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, practices and processes. • Impactful portfolio showcasing a range of projects, across various form-factors. • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/UX tools. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Exceptional leadership, team-management, communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of GenAI capabilities surely be an added advantage. Responsibilities • Be the torchbearer to bring best-in-class user experience. • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity. • Mentor design project cycle ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. • Lead multiple design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Build collaborative relationships across teams to problem-solve design challenges. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, to forefront of design innovation. • Mentor design team, provide guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally. • Present design concepts and strategies to showcase design impact and value proposition. • Manage the design budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and time.
