Qualifications
• Strong ability to think visually and guide visual designers as it pertains to visual language decision and rationale
• Lead the team of UX designers and fully support their career and personal development
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
• Leverage customer research and feedback, site metrics and usability findings to develop scenarios, use cases and high-level functional requirements
• Deliver digital experiences that are well-informed, user-focused, and intuitive; working closely with business stakeholders, peers, customers and/or developers from inception through implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively work with local and remote stakeholders in a collaborative and open environment
• Motivate and guide professional development for the design team
• Demonstrated ability to define innovative approaches to complex design problems
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Highly developed presentation skills and ability to tell data stories
• Ability to translate audience, technology and other key product requirements into effective UI design solutions
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns
• Fluency with industry-standard design tools such as InVision, UXPin, Axure, AdobeXD, Sketch, Balsamiq, Keynote, etc
• Process driven, strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a wide variety of internal and external parties
• Experience documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of implemented product
• Prototyping skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency Education Bachelor s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interactive media, or related Design/Interaction/User Experience-related field
• 5 years as user experience team leader or manager
• 4 years of technical experience working with Web applications and Web design which leverage emergent technologies, and mobile devices
Responsibilities
• Continuously bill on client projects.
• Coordinate with Radiant management to identify, analyze, and execute new client initiatives
• Manage project teams to achieve client and business goals.
• Evaluate customer requirements and develop strategies to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Develop relationships and partnerships with current and prospective clients to cultivate new opportunities for Radiant.
• Cultivate business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with industry personnel.
• Create strategies to organically increase company revenue.
• Research market trends to identify emerging demand for new products and services
• Coordinate with management to review and improvise the relevant business development activities.
• Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company & generate new business.
