UX Product Designer

Your Impact 

• Design interaction flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and hi-fi prototypes. 
• Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and prototypes. 
• Present and communicate design work to the project team. 
• Participate in workshops and brainstorms with the product team. 

What You Bring 

• At least 3 years of industry design experience. 
• Experience designing across all device formats. 
• User-centric approach with strong consumer product instincts. 
• A natural problem-solving mindset. 
• Understanding of user-centered design methods, tools, and processes. 
• Experience designing web-based accessible platforms. 
• The ability to adapt and be flexible in ambiguous environments. 
• Proficiency in Figma, experience working in design systems. 
• Experience in enterprise-level software, as well as any prior experience working in a startup environment. 
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences is also a plus. 
• A portfolio of past design projects showcasing design process knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or related field preferred.

$105k/year - $120k/year + equity + benefits
