User Experience Research Internship-Radiant Digital 

Radiant Digital is looking for user experience research (UXR) interns to help us grow our research practice. This paid internship features coursework, workshops, and on-the-job training as part of our user experience (UX) practice. Radiant uses an apprenticeship model, in which the intern initially starts with a monthly stipend and then may be converted into a full-time employee with competitive salary and benefits upon successful completion of coursework, sufficient skill growth and competency development. This conversion typically takes approximately a year, but is based more on milestones than timelines. These internships are 100% remote. 

Needed Education, Experience, or Skills 

· Bachelor’s degree 

· Previous education, experience, or both in a social science (e.g., anthropology, sociology, psychology), human-computer interaction (HCI), or similar field 

· Adaptability and a learning growth mindset 

· Critical thinking and problem solving 

Value-add Education, Experience, or Skills 

· A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a social science (e.g., anthropology, sociology, psychology), HCI, or a similar field 

· Prior experience, training, or coursework in UXR, user experience design (UXD), design thinking, or similar field 

· Prior business analysis experience 

· Prior academic research or program evaluation experience or training 

· Experience with qualitative methods or mixed-methods 

· Prior experience in a start-up, tech company, or other highly dynamic endeavor where rapid change and adaptation is the norm
