UX Research Operations Coordinator (Remote Eligible)

Our UX Operations team is nimble, pragmatic, and ambitious. We manage projects, processes, tools and knowledge streams cross-organizationally to enable effective  Smartsheet product development. Our goal is to  maximize team effectiveness and scalability across business units to drive true customer-focused innovation within Smartsheet.

You will report to our UX Operations Manager. You may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.

You Will:

• Work closely with Designers, Researchers and Product Managers in the implementation and maintenance of product development operations projects and process improvements
• Partner with UX researchers to facilitate customer data searches, and execute data queries needed to scope potential research projects
• Source, screen and schedule research participants
• Own processes and best practices for successfully navigating the Smartsheet database
• Manage research tool suite including: UserzoomGo, EnjoyHQ, Alchemer and Usability Hub including contracts, renewals, budget tracking, template creation and maintenance, provisioning logins and new user onboarding
• Maintain effective relationships with cross functional partners including marketing, customer support, legal, finance to support research needs

You Have:

• Two or more years of experience in operations, research operations, project management or program management. Past experience in customer facing roles is a plus
• Experience specifically in Research Ops, interested in an opportunity to expand your role and responsibilities over time
• Organized, effective communicator. You are equally comfortable managing your stakeholders and dependencies and can easily slide into skillful communications with customers
• Dedication to accuracy and quality in everything you do
• Experience querying large datasets, and eager to learn new software tools
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and process

Smartsheet provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $75,600 to $108,000 | All other US States: $70,000 to $100,000.
