At SalesLoft, our UX Research Operations Specialist is pivotal to our companyâs success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Product Experience team of UX Researchers, Product Analysts, and Product Operations Analysts.Â
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for coordinating and recruiting for user focussed interviews and supporting the team in operations activities aimed at helping the team be effective and efficient. Specifically, you will:
- Recruit research participants based on requests from researchers, designers and product managers.
- Assess and monitor operational activities for ways the team could improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Research team tools and licenses with third party vendors Â
- Work collaboratively with the Product department on receiving and tracking new research project requests.
- Assist in organizing larger team meetings and supporting with workshops
- Act as a communications champion for the customer and the research team to the wider Product organization

WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Research Operations Specialist to join our UX/Design team to contribute to effective working practices across our team. In this role, you will be coordinating research studies, be on the front lines of enabling a strong research team, and be an active research participant in a highly-collaborative and energetic environment.

THE TEAM:
Our product experience team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming UX researchers, product analysts, and product operations analysts who work together towards SalesLoftâs vision and mission:

THE SKILL SET:
- Demonstration of project management and very strong organizational skills. Ability to plan your work executing against deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Interface directly with customers via written communication, as well as in customer interviews.
- Ability to initiate and drive projects autonomously as well as collaborate with cross functional groups when needed. Champion ways to maximize the efficiency in an agile process.
- A strong communicator, in both written and verbal formats Â
- Previous startup experience is a huge plus and experience of using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma.Â
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOUâLL:
- Attend SalesLoftâs New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our âLoftersâ uniqueÂ
- Begin 1:1âs with your manager, meet & shadow current members of the Product Experience team, and delve into the day in the life of a UX Research Coordinator at SalesLoft.
- Support the UX Research team, working closely with researchers to learn how to recruit customers for studies.
- Learn and understand the UX Research teamâs process and methods.Â
- Meet key partners in Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering, etc. - they will be key relationships as you collaborate on future research initiatives.
- Learn and understand our development process for feature releases, inter-team communication, and agile processes. Offer solutions on continuing to integrate UX research into the development process.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Collaborate with UX Researchers and own the recruitment of customers for studies.
- Propose improvements to the recruitment process to improve access to customers and prospectsÂ
- Learn tools and systems in use by the User Research team Â
- Partner with UX Researchers to collect customer feedback and assist in translating them into major themes that reflect our customerâs perception of the SalesLoft brand.
- Suggesting key operations activities to improve efficiency and team impact  Â
- Assist with all initiatives managing the customer feedback stream for UX-related items.
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.Â
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Champion the research recruitment process.
- Become a communications ambassador for users needs and the research team.
- Lead the team on improving operational activities and managing a roadmap of activities..Â
- Collaborate with the Product team to gather most important user research projects.
- Continue to focus on your OKRs.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Innovate on our operations process improvements that enhance the impact of the UX Research team as the voice of the customer.Â
- Manage and lead recruitment activities for user research projects.
- Build strong relationships across the Product organization and be a strong team advocate and communications ambassador.
