UX Researcher

Intetics Inc, a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our team.

About the Project: Innovative AI marketplace. From scratch.

As a UX Researcher, you will conduct user, competitor, and marketing research. You'll help educate the company on the value of user-centered design, conduct user research, and collaborate with various teams to ensure user insights for product development and validate design decisions.

Responsibilities And Duties 

• Conduct user research using various qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, persona development, usability testing, and analyzing data to understand user needs and pain points related to data interaction. 

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user insights are translated into actionable recommendations for product development. 

• 3+ years of experience in a related field 

• Must have a portfolio of work representing research that influenced insights or experiences 

• Experience with Maze, Heap, Logrocket, Respondent, SurveyMonkey, or similar research tools 

• Curious and passionate about innovation and implementing the latest UX research methods 

• Gain domain knowledge and accurately explain the reasons behind user behavior to articulate the root cause of why things are happening 

• Familiarity with JTBD and User Persona frameworks 

• Use a variety of documentation and presentation skills to communicate insights and share with key stakeholders, product and UX teams 

• Plan and execute complex research projects independently, from the beginning (recruitment) till the end (reporting, presenting to multiple internal tech and business stakeholders) 

• Communicate well in English, both speaking and writing (at least B2) 

• Strong organizational skills 

• Self-motivated 
  

Preferred Requirements 

• Familiarity with Design Thinking practices and VPC framework 

• Experience in competitors and marketing research
