Job Description:
The Research Executive will be an effective team member with design and product and will help in the set up and management of research projects and administrative tasks. Hence they will learn and master the research basics and undertake project management tasks with supervision and to provide a safe pair of hands.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all study related operations; recruitment, scheduling, incentive disbursement and feedback collection.
Takes control of oneβs job problems and standard of work, seeking assistance as required
Work the data; check simple data accurately and make logical recommendations
Draft basic proposals, reports and presentations, displaying appropriate knowledge for experience level
Interpret group findings on basic projects, draw conclusions and write reports from charted analysis
Take notes for senior moderators, moderate basic groups competently and contribute to group debriefings.
Start to use projective and other advanced techniques, and design a competent and fluent discussion guide for most projects
Maintain client relationships by liaising effectively with clients on project-related information and progress updates/preparing weekly reports; measure to be set through review process (guideline target β 20% of time)
Learn and demonstrate high standards of client service
Abide by the quality excellence procedures and apply them effectively
Develop product knowledge and champion it
Keep abreast of current trends within market research, in order to develop personal skills/knowledge base
Keenness to learn and proactive about self-development and development of others
Pre-requisites:
- Fluency in multiple regional languages(Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil)
- Being able to hold conversations is a must.
- Previous market research exposure is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage
- Experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management essential for established positions
- Sound problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
- Exceptional time management, data preparation and client service skills
- Able to build strong links with the rest of the business
- Proactive / Self-motivated
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently
