About the role

The mission of the UX Design team at Digibee involves conducting research, studies, planning, interaction design, prototyping, performing validations and documenting results. We are focused on having the best impact on the business and the user experience, and for that it is expected that the members of the research team have critical thinking, business vision and a solid foundation in methodologies.
Here we are not afraid to experiment, be it tools, processes, techniques or methodologies. We seek excellence, willpower and a desire to always deliver the highest added value, which is why we are looking for a very capable User Researcher, full of energy to take us to new heights, ready to face challenges and not afraid of a highly technical product.


On a typical day, you will…
  • Collaborate with leadership, strategic team, product management, product designers, and analytics to analyze and understand our target user, the context, and the competitive landscape.
  • Define the experience vision for Digibee's capabilities, and the related evolution of existing product experience.
  • Working with different behavioral data tools and technical market research.
  • Lead the end-to-end research process: from the construction to the delivery of insights. You will often be asked to bridge the gap between theory and tangibles in a creative way.
  • Support the construction of our research repository, user base and the no notion course page.
  • Being able to work flexibly on top of studies and stakeholders. Migrating from a holistic view to a funneled view in domains and vice versa (hybrid research team).
  • Help to grow our research team, improve processes, participate in broader research topics and activities - cultural and technical.
  • Coach other members of the team in your specialty
 What you’ll need to bring
  • Strong technical knowledge in research methodologies, construction of agile studies, being of urgency, combined with a passion for complex problem solving
  • Strong product-thinking and decision-making skills, and an ability to connect business goals and user needs, supported by a user-centric and data-driven approach
  • Exceptional systems thinking with an ability to scale information in to valuable insights.
  • Experience in product research, data analysis, repository and complex journeys of different users.
  • Experience working closely with product teams and strategic teams
  • Advanced English

Nice to have

  • Be unafraid of challenges that require technical acumen (superficial software engineering knowledge)
  • Have worked on B2B environment
