UX Visual Designer

Who we are looking for:

VML is seeking a UX/Visual Designer. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design and user experience design chops.

What you’ll do: 

• Design wireframes and/or comps for new and modifications of existing (website, email, etc.) digital experiences, full understanding of established design/digital best practices.
• Be able to implement Typographic and Visual standards/systems to visual design assignments.
• Think strategically about user's path through any digital flow to align with user, business and communication needs.
• Aid in documentation of visual designs and functional requirements.
• Reference competitive analysis of landscape as needed and keep up with latest best practices for website platforms.
• Work with wider agency team to determine ways to activate campaigns and new content in the brand site.

Who you are:

• An expert in Figma, Photoshop, the Adobe suite 
• A team player and enjoy working with a cross functional team as well as peers within the same area of expertise.
• Extremely detail-oriented, a self-starter and experienced with iterative prototyping.
• The ability to handle technical, repetitive production tasks as well as big picture/vision design thinking.
