UX Writer

We are looking for an experienced UX Writer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of Anduin's products. As a UX Writer, you will be responsible for defining copy guidelines and best practices that ensure consistency and clarity across our product portfolio. You will work closely with design and product teams to craft clear and effective copy that enhances the overall user experience.

• Define and maintain copy guidelines, tone, and voice for Anduin's products, ensuring consistency and clarity across all user touchpoints

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to understand user needs and product requirements

• Craft clear, concise, and effective microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and in-product messaging that enhances the overall user experience

• Participate in user research and testing to gather insights and validate copy decisions

• Continuously iterate and improve existing copy based on user feedback and data-driven insights

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Anduin's content style guide

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in UX writing and content strategy

• Native English speaker with excellent written communication skills 

• Proven experience working as a UX Writer for mobile and/or desktop applications

• Solid understanding of UX writing standards and best practices

• Ability to convey complex ideas and instructions in a simple, user-friendly manner

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate copy decisions effectively

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, consistent content

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow continuously

• Experience writing copy for B2B SaaS, venture finance, or private equity domains

• Experience using Figma

• Familiarity with startup environments

• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in English, Literature, Communications, or related fields
