UX Writer

We are looking for an experienced UX Writer to join our team of the new product which is being built on the Setapp foundation. If you are passionate about crafting meaningful UX, are not intimidated by complex user flows, and can switch contexts easily, do not hesitate to share your portfolio and CV with us!
In this role, you will:

• Provide valuable UX Writing by conducting UX research, working with user flows/journeys, and testing content
• Based on received results, implement valuable insights into UX copy, maximizing user acquisition and retention
• Oversee all content we produce to ensure it is true to the product and consistent with our brand, as well as tone and voice
• Create texts for app interfaces, including error messages, sign up flows, success screens, paywalls, and other types of product-related creatives that require UX Writing expertise
• Work in a tight collaboration with designers, making sure you deliver a cohesive, meaningful experience for the user
• Be an advocate of UX Writing as an important part of the design process in the company

Skills you'll need to bring:

• UX copy skills (2+ years)
• Advanced English (speaking, writing)
• Solid experience with copy testing
• You've collaborated with designers and PMs on researching user needs and creating copy that matches those needs
• Experience of working with design tools

As a plus:

• Figma skills
• Experience of working in IT product company
• Experience of working with billing flows and user accounts
