Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Writer to help with our global expansion. Please note that the specified location is only for reference, the role can be performed elsewhere.

About the Role

As a UX Writer you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent, ownable and navigable language and narrative system across hi product channels. You’ll show deep consideration for user needs and interactions, paving a clear pathway for them to locate and engage with the information they require across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Help define the narrative strategy, interface development, and language systems across all of hi’s products, starting with a focus on mobile apps.
• Write English UX copy for new consumer-facing features and products.
• Identify opportunities to improve and simplify language already in use.
• Work closely with UX and UI designers to improve product user-flows overall.
• Contribute proactively to developing a workflow and process that ensures the highest quality of language outputs across channels.
• Show empathy and understanding for localisation requirements (hi already exists in 16 languages).
• Develop UX writing artifacts and guidelines such as product tone, language, tense and narrative.

Requirements

• We’d like to see a portfolio that showcases your best work
• Understanding of fintech (ideally crypto or exchange) products and experiences
• Experience building a UX writing strategy that connects with business objectives
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing
• Excellent communication skills, planning, and a strict attention to detail
• Experience in data analytics is an advantage
