UX/UI Designer

We’re on the hunt for a creative UX/UI Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences for our clients. If you’re passionate about user-centric design, thrive on solving complex challenges, and excel in creating intuitive, visually stunning interfaces, this role is perfect for you! 🎨✨

Your Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of UX/UI design. Skilled at designing functional systems that are also pleasurable for users to experience.
• Good understanding of technology, SaaS platforms, business processes and functional dependencies.
• Have a firm understanding of the design process, design systems, advocate for validating and testing design decisions, but also know when to optimize to support the team when timing becomes critical.
• You know the right questions to ask to get the right requirements from the right people, when to push for more understanding and when to act.
• Strong eye for design and to think creatively beyond conventional solutions.
• But also knowledge of the more technical aspects like grids and responsive layouts is needed to survive the scrutiny of our skilled developers!
• Know how to work with stakeholders, product owners, managers and developers in an Agile environment, and how to fit UX into the process harmoniously.
• You don’t just execute designs, but can also think alongside our team, client, and stakeholders on what, how, and why we are building this.
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continuously acquire new skills, as well as agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.
• A degree would be nice, however passion, attitude, and experience matter more.
• We prefer candidates who can communicate both strongly in English and Thai.
