UX/UI Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience and user interface design and design processes across various digital platforms and capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, data analytics, and business stakeholders, to create innovative and intuitive user experiences that align with our business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and industry best practices to inform the design strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and success metrics.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design, and continuously evaluate and improve our design processes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products or applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and product tools such as Figma, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA, Miro, Confluence, etc. or similar applications.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
