OUR NEW UX/UI DESIGNER

As a UX/UI Designer, you will represent the next generation of visual, graphical design supporting marketing, communication, web design and product management. You will bring concepts to reality through the use of UI/UX strategy and various visualization practices and will collaborate with your colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering and other different teams to develop a smooth user experience with a high-end look and feel.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft outstanding UX/UI design solutions across diverse platforms
• Design seamless user interactions by developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other deliverables that bring intuitive and engaging interfaces to life
• Keep the internal design manual and templates up to date
• Develop the modules and widgets in company’s products
• Competitor, customer analysis, user research for the best and most intuitive user experience
• Test UI elements so that they are implemented as designed
• Promote and embed a design culture within the engineering teams by fostering collaboration and advocating for user-centric principles.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as fluent in English
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms beyond the browser – mobile, multi-touch, widgets, desktop software, UI components and controls
• Educated or very experienced in UX and user flows.
• Have advanced knowledge in design and prototyping tools, such as Proto.io, Figma or Sketch

It would be awesome, if you have:

• Experience in using HTML, CSS, Javascript
