UX/UI Designer II

Modivcare is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer II. In this role, you will help establish the user experience by designing digital features and products for Modivcare. You will work with other UX/UI Designers, Delivery teams, and team members to help guide the company in accomplishing the vision for a bold and cohesive user experience across all products. You will report to a Director or Manager of Software Engineering.

You will...

• Implement creative design deliverables for web-based and mobile platforms. Designs will address aspects of high-level interaction, navigation, and organization across one or more assigned platforms to satisfy user goals and improve engagement.
• Handoff designs to your Delivery Team(s), including such formats as wireframes, mock-ups, functional demos, presentations, and annotated specifications.
• Work with your Product Owner to conduct user research efforts, including: surveys, usability studies, design thinking sessions, and competitive research.
• Present research findings and design work to peers, partners, and executives for review and feedback, explaining how design solution answers user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and other project facets.
• Revise and iterate designs and documentation based on continued user testing and feedback.
• Enforce UX/UI design consistency across platforms.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

• Bachelor's degree, certificate from a UX/UI program, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, visual designer, or similar UX/UI-related role.
• Experience with the following:
  • Figma
  • Zeplin
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of eCommerce, mobile app, industry trends, and competitor innovations.
• Can work with geographically distributed teams.
• Can present and "sell" creative ideas to influence decisions.
• Knowledge of inclusive design principles, accessibility standards, and general design best practices.
• Can provide a portfolio/work examples that highlight design process.

Salary: $59,346 - 105,364
