Role Summary 

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX/UI Front-End Engineer to join our Tech team. The UX/UI Front-End Engineer will be responsible for the Mistral AI applications and website design.

- The role reports into our Head of Engineering 

- The role is Paris based 

Key Responsibilities 

- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for the website and Mistral AI applications, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality.

- Collaborate with Product Designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and platforms.

- Optimize website performance and conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve usability issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development to continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications & profile 

- +3 years of professional work experience.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Front-End engineering, including HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript. React experience is a plus.

- Strong consumer and UX/UI sense and ability to turn mock-ups into live experiences.

- Experience with optimization and performance of front-end projects.

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a very strong preference for previous startup or fast-paced/demanding environments.

- Autonomous and self-starter profile.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
