Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. As a Senior UX/UI Lead, you will take a central role in shaping and leading the user experience for new product initiatives, particularly for startup environments where agility and innovation are paramount. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products!

What you will do

• Drive UX/UI design from concept through launch, focusing on startup products and ensuring design integration with business strategy.
• Guide the overall design direction, from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders, including partners and cross-functional teams, to achieve buy-in and "sign-off" on design solutions.
• Actively engage with the engineer team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cohesive understanding of the product vision and user experience strategies.
• Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of innovation.

What should your qualifications be?

• 7+ years in UX/UI Design, with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for startups from inception to launch.
• Fluent in English C1, with outstanding communication skills to lead discussions and effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional ability to understand and integrate product strategy with user experience, demonstrating a profound orientation towards product outcomes and user-centric solutions.
• Strong capability to dissect complex problems, identify underlying issues, and propose well-rounded solutions.
• Expertise in User-Centered Design, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile frameworks. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro, with a strong understanding of mobile design standards and UX patterns.
• Demonstrated experience in launching new products, managing complex design challenges, and delivering innovative design solutions that align with strategic business goals.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and negotiate solutions that align with business strategies and user needs.
• 3+ years of experience in Web UX/UI Design
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakers
