Contract Type: Full-time
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm | Weekends off
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Schedule will be assigned in a range of 6:30 am - 6:30 pm | Weekends off
Work type and Location: Hybrid - San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa | You are required to go to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days of employment

The Role
PartnerHero is looking for talented individuals to join our phone-based Customer Support teams based in Honduras (Location: Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula).

We have a range of opportunities available for people who have experience in the customer support space or are interested in beginning a career in customer support. We are interested in matching your unique skills, experience, and interests with one of our many Partners across a variety of industries including Edtech, eCommerce, Fintech, Health and Wellness, and more. 

This is a hybrid role that will require 2 days in office 
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Responsible for reaching out to potential customers immediately after they sign up for a trial. Within seconds of their registration, you'll engage with them through a variety of communication channels, including phone calls, text messages, and live chat. Your primary objective is to build an instant rapport, ensuring that they feel supported and valued from the outset while laying the groundwork for a smooth and successful trial experience provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience
  • Get as many trial users as possible to schedule a live meeting with our Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Attempt a live transfer to the AE team. If that’s not feasible, you'll schedule a meeting for a future date and ensure that the host attends by making reminder calls, leaving voicemails, and rescheduling if necessary
  • Following up to ensure the meeting is rescheduled, demonstrating a high level of customer care and attention to detail
  • Proactively reach out to lists provided by sales and marketing, using calls, emails, and live chat to generate awareness of the Partner and schedule qualified meetings with potential customers
  • Asking sincere and probing questions, you'll identify the exact pain points that led the customer to sign up for a trial, ensuring these insights are captured and communicated to the AE team to help close the deal
     

What We Expect From You:

  • Excellent English skills - spoken and written (EFSET results from C1 or C2 level)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions, including follow-ups, scheduling, and note-taking, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks
  • Tech Savvy
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and an ability to use challenging situations as an opportunity to exceed customer expectations
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with the customer's interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - must be adaptable
  • Multitasking - comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously, including phone systems, Slack, Intercom, and other tools
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament in challenging situations
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Comfortable using a computer
