Requirements

You'll Get a Chance To

  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that detail the analysis conducted, the methodologies used, and the conclusions reached
  • Ensure all valuation activities comply with relevant valuation, financial, and industry-specific regulatory requirements, including financial reporting standards and M&A regulations, as applicable
  • Assist internal teams and external advisors with gathering of necessary data
  • Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing / new business pitches, valuation analyses and management presentations
  • Develop target lists for potential clients and strategic partners
  • Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis
  • Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Present valuation findings and recommendations to internal and external clients

What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as financial modeling skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts
  • Strong project management experience
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Desire to improve processes and efficiency
  • Ability to utilize technology to improve efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with an emphasis in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience with DCF financial modeling

Preferred:

  • 1+ years valuation, transaction advisory execution experience, or comparable experience, e.g. Quality of Earnings, Big Four Audit, Corporate Development, sell-side M&A
  • Has or willing to obtain a valuation credential (CVA, ABV, or ASA)

Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $65,000 - $95,000.
