As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $120.2 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $782.9 in non-discretionary assets as of December 31, 2023.
The Opportunity:
Join our team as we look to expand to satisfy the needs of our growing client base. We are looking to hire a Valuations Analyst to join our team in our Suburban PA offices.Â
In this role, you will be joining our dynamic valuation team dedicated to overseeing the valuation of our co-investment and credit portfolio.Â
The successful candidate will have great customer relationship skills, and understand the importance of client connections and relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist Valuation team in performing reviews and reasonableness assessments of third-party prepared valuation models as part of a quarterly valuation process
- Assist with providing information for external auditors on specific valuation related questions
- Working with internal deal teams to gather data and information pertinent to the valuation of portfolio companies
- Assist team with reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions, including written reports, to internal valuation committees
- Assist team with performing valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments broadly distributed across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Special projects as assigned

Your background will include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 0-2 years of related business work experience
- Financial modelling skills, a plus
- Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
- Achievement or progress towards Master’s degree and/or a CFA a plus
