Valuations Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business valuation engagements.
• Participate in client management interview to better understand organization and needs.
• Work with fellow associates to provide cohesive valuation for clients.
• Research of financial statements and business background.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Ability to travel no more than 10%.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years' experience in business valuation or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• CPA, CFA and/or business valuation certifications preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize many projects.
