The Effectv Enterprise PMO is hiring a Value Delivery Consultant who will be responsible for organizing and delivering a portfolio of programs that realize significant business value. To be successful in this role, you have extensive experience dissecting and translating an organization’s high level business objectives into programs and expressing dependent workstreams and timelines. You naturally lead large program teams in their understanding of the business goals and their role in delivering. You’re skilled at holding accountability to program team members for driving decisions that result in timely delivery for various complex, strategic, revenue generating and operational improvement initiatives. You’re successful working in a matrix organization where you leverage data, process and partnership to align stakeholders across business, product and technology. You are skilled at developing visual representations of a portfolio of programs and their status for program team understanding and executive leadership. You are a strong collaborator capable of leveraging those within and outside of your program team to deliver accurately and fast. You have led large transformational programs and have a track record of using high impact, collaborative new ways of working to achieve goals.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Understands the scope of programs as defined by the Strategic Governance program selection process. Serves as the voice of understanding to the project team.
Develops and implements practical options for solving complex business challenges in a highly disciplined and collaborative manner across multiple stakeholders.
Identifies, confirms and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams. Ensures team clearly understands roles and responsibilities for the duration of the program.
Creates and builds program plans. Structures the program into workstreams and assigns leads. Facilitates and drives the leads/core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope.
Performs management of upstream and downstream dependencies.
Drives the development and implementation of key goals, objectives and successes criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Raises conflicts and resolves with the appropriate level of management engagement to build consensus. Obtains and assigns resources to the program plan.

Obtains and assigns resources to the program, as needed. Owns resource planning and management function for assigned programs, ensuring accurate enterprise-view.
Identifies and helps the team make program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs. Ensures proper documentation.
Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
Drives action item resolution and track completion. Ensures program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall committed timelines are met. Documents all major plan changes in scope, approach and date delivery.
Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Identifies and manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with Strategic Governance to ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed.
Serves as the conductor for progression through stage gates and program phases holding appropriate lightweight, actionable ceremonies such as go-no/gos and retrospectives
Maintains high impact yet simplistic program visualizations and artifacts in a transparent and organized collaboration site.
Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables. Leads core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field through trials and controlled customer deployments.
Facilitates Design Thinking or other collaborative workshops that drive decisions using tools like MIRO/ MURAL etc.
Consults with the Strategic Governance, other Value Delivery Consultants and Change Management Leads to deliver simple yet powerful enterprise-wide narratives about program’s value, status, urgency, and deliverables.
Collaborates with Change Management Strategists and leads to link in organizational change plans to master program plan.
Contributes thought leadership on continuous improvement efforts to the org’s stakeholder-centric operating model.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Professional Experience and Qualifications
10 + years of experience leading programs for a business with deep program management and executive communication skills, ideally honed through prior work experience at a top tier consulting firm
Experience leading large, highly complex transformational programs from strategy through to execution
Exceptionally well-organized, action oriented, an excellent listener, and thoughtful communicator with a record of demonstrated success communicating effectively across all levels of an organization from entry level staff to executives and in both technical and nontechnical, business languages.
Problem solving skills, including specifically: the ability to develop and analyze options/hypotheses objectively, develop comprehensive and mutually exclusive criteria/hypotheses to support strategic decision making, apply industry leading decisioning frameworks to arrive at decisions, and facilitate negotiations / discussions involving groups of large diverse stakeholders;
Communication skills (both written and verbal), including specifically: the ability to succinctly articulate business impacts, translate technical information into layperson and business terms, concisely 'storyboard' complex problems, solutions, and approaches in a manner appropriate for senior business executives, develop and complete strategic frameworks, templates, and high-quality pragmatic deliverables that can be carried forth and executed by project teams

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in D with a Pay Range of $116,132 USD -$174,197 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
