Value Development Analyst

Must be local or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA

We are now looking for a full-time Value Development Analyst to join our RELEX family in the US. You’ll join the Value Development team of 7 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. Together the team supports our continuous service clients and colleagues as they continue to enhance and optimize their software solutions. You will help the team achieve this goal by interfacing with clients to define business needs, collaborating with internal team members on solution design, and testing and validating solutions in RELEX environments. 

What you'll be doing:

The RELEX software platform utilizes a front-end configuration process to build a unique solution for every customer. Value Development Analysts are expected to gain deep knowledge and understanding of that configuration to solve all customer challenges and equip them with the most optimized system possible. This role is heavily collaborative with our RELEX Customer Success and Technical Consulting teams and is focused on delivering value, on time with quality.  

Day to day work activities: 

• Build simple, advanced, and complex configurations across all RELEX modules in Supply Chain, Space Planning, and Workforce optimization to deliver value to our customers. 
• Business rules, workflows, end user / executive dashboards, optimizations, other various configurations, and business logic. 
• Collaborate with RELEX Customer Success Managers to understand business and technical requirements aiding in solution design, configuration and testing for and with our customers. 
• Interface with customers to define and meet their business goals as needed. 
• Detailed data analysis to understand customers specific solutions and build configurations to meet customer requirements.  
• Testing and validation of solution key performance metrics like forecast accuracy, inventory projections, replenishment orders, and others. 
• Internal work: 
• Assist with scoping, estimating work effort and participating in solution set testing and validation. 
• Assist with process improvement, ways of working within RELEX best practices. 

What you'll bring to the table:

• Background in engineering, math, computer science, software systems, or supply chain. 
• Additional (not required but strengthen qualifications): 0 to 4 years of work experience in forecast analysis, management consulting, supply chain development, software configuration and implementation or other relevant area in retail / consulting industry 
• Nice to have some experience in the following areas: 
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) 
  • Demand forecasting 
  • Logistics 
  • Data analytics 
  • Assortment planning 
  • Floor planning 
  • Schematic / planogram execution 
  • Technical / coding ability
